Shipping Orders are processed from our facilities in Los Angeles, California. Most orders will be processed in 3-5 business days after checkout has been completed by the customer. Out of stock or special order items may require 3-4 weeks for delivery. You will be notified within 24-hours after checkout if your order will take longer than the standard 3-5 business days to process. All orders are carefully packaged and will be shipped insured via UPS or FedEx and will require a signature upon delivery.
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee We will deliver to the customer a product free from defects. If the delivered merchandise is found to have a material defect, DMNDS4YOU will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product at no cost to the Customer. The Customer is responsible for shipping the product to DMNDS4YOU for repair or replacement (please see our Customer Service section to coordiante returns). This guarantee is void if the product is altered, repaired, or modified in any way that interferes with the settings as delivered by DMNDS4YOU, by any person other than DMNDS4YOU or a jeweler authorized by DMNDS4YOU to perform such alterations, repairs, or modifications.
Return Policy Most items purchased from DMNDS4YOU may be returned within 30-days for a refund of the purchase amount, minus any shipping and handling charges, if any. Returned items that have been sized, altered or repaired by a jeweler other than DMNDS4YOU, or an authorized agent of DMNDS4YOU, will not be accepted for returns. We will gladly size or repair any item purchased from DMNDS4YOU. Please contact us for more information.
SPECIAL ORDER RETURNS
Our master jewelers can recreate any idea for you. However, because special order items are not part of our regular inventory we cannot accept them for return. Special Orders are still Guaranteed for the life of the piece against any defects in material or workmanship.
A special order is any item that is made new, or modified, per the customer's instructions. These include rings that are made for lady's sizes smaller than 3.75 or larger than 8.5, or men's sizes smaller than 7 or larger than 13.
Special orders are non-refundable.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS
For security and inventory control reasons, a Return Authorization Number (RAN) is required for every returned item, no exceptions. Please call us at (888) 993-6637 or email us at info@dmnds4you.com to request a RAN. Items returned without a RAN will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Securely package your return by double-boxing the item. Be sure to include all paperwork and documentation that came with your item.
Insure and properly label the package using the address you received with your RAN. DMNDS4YOU is not responsible for returned items that are lost or not insured or labeled properly.
We will work to expedite your exchange or refund after we inspect the returned item.
